Beautiful converted barn finished to a high standard and tastefully decorated/furnished. Little extras for dogs and loads of family games available. I was only using it as a bed to sleep on due to spending lots of time with family locally - which is a shame as I would have like to have longer in the barn to enjoy it!

The barn was easy to find thanks to the directions provided and on entrance there was definitely a wow factor. The barn was comfortable cosy and well equipped. Kelly was ever so easy to get hold of if needed and responses were prompt. We had a lovely stay.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was the perfect get away. It’s a lovely barn and well looked after. We would certainly go back!

Beautiful and comfortable property , very clean and well equipped . Great location for discovering Kent , also a bus ride from Ashford to get the fast train into London .

Kelly's place is a lovely barn. Nice back garden,fully pebbled. Perfect for a nice glass of wine after walking in the lovely heath. The heath is well within walking distance and was great for our two dogs. we visited Dymchurch beach and took the steam train to Dungeness. lovely experience. Lots to visit near the barn. Canterbury Cathedral is a joy. we could not fault the Saddlery Barn or Kelly.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kelly’s barn. It’s such a lovely place and very well done with lots of attention to detail. We lived the secure space outside for our dog too. Would highly recommend staying here. Kelly’s comms was outstanding too. Would also recommend a trip to the local vineyard down the road and a walk in the nature reserve across the road. So much to do in the local area!
