House looked brilliant in the advertising photos, but on arrival it was quickly noted that this property hasn’t been deep cleaned or maintained in a long time! Every wall and piece of wood work either needs a scrub wash or re painted, along with all the carpets replacing. Additional to this there is dirty toilet brushes, dirty windows, rubbish left in garden, cooker dials missing its printing, oven was dirty, inside of cupboards dirty, rusty dishwasher racks, cutlery dirty! Overall I was very disappointed in the property and this was made known to the agent on arrival who said they would look into it, but never offered any compensation or tried to rectify! Also bear in mind I was charged a £120 cleaning fee on top of the nightly rate which they refused to remove!! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone or return myself! Which is a shame as this could be a lovely property which I would considering term!
