One of us arrived when it was dark, could not find the entrance to the cottage, drove straight ahead which quickly turned into a muddy lane, and got her car stuck in the mud. We were advised that only a farmer uses the lane to move his sheep, and so we had to leave the car stuck in the lane overnight as her breakdown insurance did not cover this. The owner very kindly contacted some of their neighbours the next morning to pull the car out - would give 5-stars for their help!

we had a lovely stay beds very comfortable very peaceful and relaxing ......Jade a lovely person stayed in touch with us . The property is in a lovely location and very quiet. The cottage itself is very big but needs a lot of up dating especially the kitchen . tops and cupboards very grubby and sticky with dirty sponges to wash round with . We brought new ones . Tables in the hall way and living room also very sticky . The cottage could do with a good deep clean all the way through . We did enjoy ourselves but cottage was not as we would expect . Jade was such a nice person and stayed in touch especially trying to help with a situation we were in once arriving but that had nothing to do with cottage .

Jade and Jeanne were great hosts, very warm, friendly and welcoming. The cottage is just lovely with beautiful surroundings. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!
