Great place for a weekend catch up for 3 friends. The place was very spacious for 3 of us. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Great location, with shops, restaurants and parks all in easy walking ddistance. Would definitely return.

Good size accommodation, great location, walking distance to town centre but very quiet. Decor a bit tired and some minor repairs needed. Only other downside was parking. Only a very tight parking space for one car.

responsive, though not too helpful comms, comfy beds, great location central to Leamington Spa. The place was a bit tired, TV remote wasn't working( despite us replacing batteries), so no cosy night in watching a film. Overall clean but some cups/ plates etc were dirty. Water stains on ceilings. living room furniture is cheap and not comfortable. Overall I think 'Luxury' is pushing it. It was OK but not outstanding. I've never left a property( on time) with the cleaners literally outside waiting with a mop at the door. no flexibility or goodwill. You can tell its a business , there's no personal touch of an owner who cares.

Great place in a great location, exactly as described on Airbnb.

Great location and clean throughout.

Sian always responded quickly to our queries and was extremely helpful. The property is in a fantastic central location, but is also set back from the street which meant it was really quiet. The property is a good size and the kitchen is well equipped, we had everything we needed. Some of the interior decor is a little tired, and the garden furniture could be cleaned / replaced to make the outside area more usable. Overall, we had a brilliant stay, thank you.
