Beware on 4 points! 1. This host’s approach- they refused me a partial refund on 2 occasions. It was only when Airbnb Support got involved they conceded. This host was only willing to refund if I moved out and ONLY IF they managed to get bookings for the nights for which I had already paid. Who would rebook while a major refurbishment, lasting 13.5 hours a day, was ongoing downstairs?! 2. I endured 2 weeks of drilling, hammering, sanding and banging, from 7AM until 8.40 PM. Despite this, and in addition, I had to fight for a partial refund. 3. They did not disclose this major refurbishment on their listing. Not even when I was raising complaints. Beware! 4. Not as advertised - unbelievably noisy, not for nervous pets, I spent days scrubbing a cooking pot which was thick with the remains of something and it stank, parking is impossible and there was sawdust on liquid on the landing. - I don’t want to guess what. I wish I had listened to the last bad review the month before.

Was decent enough, mould in oven though, and no hot water in bathroom. Nowhere to park where suggested ever.
