Really enjoyed the stay. Apartment was clean, and parking located very close by. It’s only a few minutes walk to the train station and grocery stores. Ben was incredibly responsive and communicated well. The pre-arrival video made the property very easy to locate. Would definitely recommend this stay to others.

This place has exactly what anyone needs for a couple of days stay in Dunblane. It’s wasn’t our first time in this town, but we’ve definitely found the last place we’ll ever need to stay. It’s close to everything, has everything you need in it and has a proper country/homely feel to it. For our few days there the flat was warm, comfortable and quiet. I also appreciated the hosts attention to detail and patience when a mishap occurred with the original booking. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The apartment is really really nice! It felt like a hotel but with self service and space for ourselves - perfect! I can really recommend this Air BnB: parking and Coop are in walking reach, a pub and a restaurant are 3 minutes away by foot and there is also a trainstation we used to get into Edinburgh. Nice!

Our stay at this place was idyllic. More spacious than the photos might suggest, it is also practical, well-appointed, and particularly well decorated. We spent 4 days there and felt right at home. Would highly recommend it! One more thing to add: Ben's instructions are particularly clear, with a dedicated website for check-in, life on-site, and check-out. And even with all this information, he remains available as needed. In short, a flawless one! Thanks Ben!

Great location as it's 5 mins walk from the station and other amenities. M&S and Tesco are both walkable in under 10 mins. There are several walks to neighbouring villages. It's also a good base for day trips to Loch Lomond & Trossachs which we did over the Easter break. I recommend this place as the rooms are spacious with high ceilings.
