A great base for the weekend and great value for a family stay. Communication was great from initial booking all the way through to check out and house was spacious and spotlessly clean. My only constructive feedback would be to have some kind of dining area as we had 7 of staying and somewhere to sit and eat would have been perfect. Other than that, highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay and found the property clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The check-in process was smooth and communication was great, which made everything really easy for us. Just a small note that there wasn’t any tea/coffee provided, which we only realised after arriving. Not a major issue, but something that could make the stay even more comfortable for future guests. Overall, a really nice stay and we’d happily recommend it and come again! Thank you for hosting us.

Host very responsive and friendly. Location perfect for our family gathering in the centre of Prestwich. Prestwich has some great bars and restaurants including Cuckoo, which is wonderful. Prestwich is the new Didsbury. Will definitely use this very clean fully functioning comfortable 4 bedroom house again.

Other things to note PETS: - Pets must be approved and paid for (no birds allowed). - Please keep all pets off the sofas, or alternatively, lay down a blanket on top of the sofa beforehand. - We do not provide any pet essentials, so guests will need to bring their own blankets, litter tray etc. - Any litter trays will need to stay on the lower floor, inside the hallway. Check-in/check-out: - Early check-in or late check out is not guaranteed and must be pre-approved before booking. VISITORS: - No visitors are allowed after 10PM. - Parties & gatherings are strictly forbidden - Bookings will be canceled immediately with no refund and you will need to leave the property. Lost keys: - If keys are lost, a locksmith callout is required, or you fail to return the keys to the key safe upon check-out, a fee of £150 will be charged to your account. PARKING: - The property has parking in the garden for up to 3 vehicles and there is always parking around the property on the road. Damage deposit: - Please note that a refundable security deposit of up to £400 may be required prior to receiving check-in details. - The exact deposit amount is determined at the host’s discretion, based on factors such as the guest’s booking history, profile verification, and previous reviews. - We require a mandatory £500 refundable security deposit, during festival season. - This deposit serves as a safeguard against potential damages, breaches of house rules, or excessive cleaning requirements. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours of check-out, provided the property is left in good condition and no issues are reported. - Guests will be notified in advance if a deposit is required and provided with clear instructions for payment and refund processing. - By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
