To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and residents, we kindly ask that the following house rules are respected throughout your stay. 1. Check-in & Check-out Check-in is from 3:00 PM Check-out is by 11:00 AM Please ensure the apartment is vacated on time unless a late check-out has been agreed in advance. 2. Registered Guests Only Only guests included on the reservation are permitted inside the apartment. Unauthorised visitors or overnight guests are not allowed without prior approval. 3. No Parties or Events Parties, gatherings, celebrations, and events are strictly prohibited. Excessive noise, anti-social behaviour, or disturbance to neighbours may result in immediate cancellation of the booking without refund. 4. Quiet Hours The apartment is located within a peaceful residential building. Please keep noise to a minimum between: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM This includes communal hallways, staircases, and outside the building. 5. Smoking Policy Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the apartment and communal areas. Evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning and deodorising charges. 6. Keys & Access Fobs Guests are responsible for all keys and access fobs provided during their stay. Please: Keep keys with you at all times Ensure communal gates and doors are securely closed Report lost keys immediately Replacement charges may apply for lost or damaged keys/fobs. 7. Care of the Apartment We kindly ask guests to: Treat the apartment respectfully Leave the property in a reasonable condition Dispose of rubbish appropriately Avoid damage to furniture, walls, and appliances Please report any accidental damage as soon as possible so we can assist. 8. Security & Safety For the safety of guests and residents: An external video doorbell monitors the entrance area. Security devices do not monitor bedrooms, bathrooms, or private living spaces. Please ensure: Doors are locked when leaving Windows are closed when appropriate The building remains secure at all times 9. Illegal Activity Any illegal activity, including drug use or criminal behaviour, is strictly prohibited and will be reported immediately. 10. Respect for Neighbours This apartment is intended for guests seeking a calm, comfortable, and respectful environment. Please be considerate of neighbouring residents at all times, particularly in communal areas.
