Wonderful place to stay. Very clean, the most comfortable mattresses to sleep on, beautiful walk right up the river to all the local shops and city center. Gunta was an amazing host!

Absolutely lovely flat. Attention to detail was brilliant. Very tastefully decorated . One point we would make is perhaps a bath mat for the bath with shower - very slippy. Otherwise we had a lovely weekend and will use this in the future

The felt was beautiful. Very modern and everything looked like it was new. Communication was excellent and Gunta was even available on the phone to answer a question for us.

Other things to note The apartment is located on the second floor with stair access only (no lift). The allocated parking space is directly below the apartment and bike storage is also available. The apartment is in a quiet residential block – please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially at night. A travel cot and highchair are available on request (please let us know in advance). One cupboard will remain locked as it contains spare linen and housekeeping supplies. Self check-in is via lockbox; code and instructions will be sent before arrival. Perfect base for exploring: a 10-minute walk along the River Ness takes you into the city centre with shops, restaurants, bars, and galleries. Great location for day trips to Loch Ness, whisky distilleries, hiking trails, and golf courses. ★ Online Check-In Required To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure check-in form, agree to our T&Cs, and provide a valid photo ID or passport. ★ Security Deposit A refundable security deposit of £300–£750 is required, depending on the length of stay. The deposit will be returned after check-out, subject to inspection. Interaction with guests We respect your privacy but are always available if needed. You will have full access to the apartment with self check-in via lockbox, so your arrival is flexible and stress-free.
