We had a wonderful stay. The house is a beautifully restored Victorian property, thoughtfully done and very comfortable. The host was exceptional — warm, responsive, and provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions that made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. The location is fantastic. It’s an easy, pleasant walk to the city centre, Old Town, and the Royal Mile, while still feeling calm and residential. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Edinburgh. We would gladly stay here again

Wonderful place and unforgettable memory!

The apartment exceeded our expectations, even better than the photos. The rooms are beautifully designed and spacious, with a particularly well-thought-out, cosy kitchen. Both bedrooms are generously sized, and the flat feels wonderfully private, tucked away from view despite being just moments from the vibrant buzz of Broughton Street. We stayed with our 1-year-old and 4-year-old, and the space was perfect for them to explore safely and freely. Once they were in bed, it became a calm, sophisticated retreat for us to unwind in. A rare and special find.

We absolutely loved this home away from home! The apartment was gorgeous, beautifully renovated with many original features well-preserved and incorporated into the elegant design. We particularly loved the overall design, the kitchen, the high ceilings and windows overlooking lush gardens on every side. The beds were comfortable and the living room was spacious yet very cozy. We basically had everything we needed for our stay, and everything worked well in the apartment. Our hosts were super helpful, friendly and communicative. The location was perfect as it was a quiet street but within walking distance to lots of great restaurants, cafes, stores, etc. We wished we'd booked it for a few more days, and thank our hosts for such a wonderful stay in their stunning home! :)
