PARKING: You have one free offroad space for parking in front of the house. For any parking issues, please enail us directly. WIFI: Free wifi and the broadband modem is in the lounge dining on the window ledge. Please connect to the WIFI using these details: Name: VM1935771 Password: mtQkxgdf3rfd GUESTS: Please be honest with the number of guests staying in the property as this is what is computed in your accommodation fee each night. VISITORS or extra people are welcome to visit you but are not allowed to stay there nor sleep for the night. This will ensure a safe and well maintained house for you. *Please take note that there is a CCTV in front of the house. PARTIES: Strictly no parties to be held on the property. Loud music is not allowed after 9 PM. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood so please respect their rest time. Failure to do so will result in a fine or neighbours informing the authorities. SMOKING: Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited or is not allowed. There are Smoke alarms located in each room and corridors and could be triggered with this. You could freely smoke in backyard and front of the house provided that you dispose the cigarette butts safely. WINDOWS: Due to varied weather throughout the day, you could open windows as needed but make sure to close them when leaving the house to avoid insects coming in. KITCHEN: Please help yourself to anything in the kitchen. There are cutleries, mugs, glass, dining wares and cooking pot and pan as well. Extra dishwashing liquid, cleaning products and materials, small dust brush and pan and cloth and bin bags can also be found under the cupboard. *Make sure you clean them or put them back after use. Fridge: Please switch on the fridge by turning the dial to desired temperature. LAUNDRY: There is a washing machine in the kitchen that you can use. A drying rack is located in the 2nd bedroom left wardrobe upstairs. There are also clothes clip and collapsible laundry basket under the sink. Please return these items after use. Kitchen ventilation: Please open the window if you are cooking. An extractor fan and cooker light can also be switched on to prevent triggering the heat detector in the kitchen. RUBBISH: Use the bin in the kitchen for everyday waste. ~Bathroom Bin: Use the bathroom bin for bathroom-related waste. ~Additional Information: ~Bin Liners: Extra bin liners are under the kitchen sink. Please use them to empty your bins as needed. ~If you need to empty the bins at any point, throw it in the blue and purple waste bin at the back of the house. At 10 am after your check out, a cleaner will empty your bins and the blue waste bin. If you are booked for a month, the cleaners will empty your bin forthnightly. We will send a text message before we send cleaners in. Please use the bins accordingly to avoid clutter and vermin. Thank you! TELEVISION The TV is connected to WIFI. If you have Netflix or Prime access, please log in your account. Remote control is on the side table. HEATING The boiler is located in a secure cupboard in the first bedroom upstairs beside the bathroom. It provides warm water for kitchen and bathroom. The central heating can be controlled by Hive located in the corridor downsrairs. Temperature in every room can also be controlled by turning the radiators thermostat located on its side. BEDDING: There are 4 beds prepared (regardless of how many guests are checked in) with bed linens, throws, pillows and cushions on and bath towels in each bed. These are accounted for by cleaners and will be checked after check out. If these are stained or missing, you will be asked for a claim amount. CLEANLINESS: We strongly encourage for you to maintain house cleanliness and orderliness to avoid pest infestation and undesired smell in the house. Please also take note that a house cleaner will clean the house after check out however, you could contact us if you need to book a cleaner preferably 3 days before your desired day to clean the house for £80 (base price). Fresh linens or towels are also provided with the clean upon early request. If you are booked for 28 days or more, the cleaners will clean and change linens forthnightly for free.
