3 Roydon Lodge is a very comfortable flat, well presented and all the amenities needed for a home from home. The heating system is great, the property is nice and quiet and relaxing, the kitchen is immaculate with everything you'd need and more. Our host was very responsive and tailored it to our needs perfectly. We would happily come again.

Nice place. Well equipped. Comfortable. Nice area although nothing within walking distance to buy groceries etc so you would need a car. The management company have excellent instructions with a series of short videos.

There is a mold on the wall hidden by drywall in one of the bedrooms. Single glazed in living room, single glazed in kitchen and wind is blowing in. Noisy in the kitchen from the traffics because of single glazed. Bathroom sink has separated cold and hot water?!?!?! In which century we are living- need to be modernized for 21st century. Low-frequency noise in the bedroom. Only good thing is that there is a parking space. Overpriced!!!

Stayed here whilst working away in the area, great place to stay, clear informative instructions for parking and check in. All in all a great place to stay and would highly recommend.
