1. Guest registration required: Signed rental agreement required within 48 hours of booking. 2. Guest Authorization: Only the number of guests confirmed on the booking are allowed at the home. 3. No Parties/Events: We strictly do not allow parties of any type. No unexpected guests. 4. No Smoking: This is a smoke-free home, including the outside area surrounding property. No smoking of any substance including vaping. There will be a minimum $750 charge per occurrence to guests if evidence of smoking is discovered. 5. Cleanliness: Please treat this like your own home! We ask that any last minute dishes be loaded into the dishwasher and trash taken out to the outside trash can before leaving. 6. Quiet Hours: Between the hours of 9pm and 8am noise should be kept to a minimum. 7. Checkout Time: Guests should complete checkout by the designated checkout time. A late fee of $50 per 15 minutes past checkout time will be charged. 8. No Mail or Package Deliveries: For safety and liability reasons, guests may not send mail or packages to the property. 9. Damages: You will be held responsible for any damage incurred to the house during your stay. If something breaks or is damaged, please reach out to us to let us know ASAP - it will help us address any issues quickly for you and for our future guests. 10. Security: For your security and protection, the property is equipped with an exterior camera by the garage and a video doorbell by each entrance door. By booking this property, guests confirm they have read and agree to all house rules.
