Ben, thank you for hosting us, the cottage was perfect for our needs, everything was spot on, the location, the property itself and all of the communications. The cottage is decorated with style and practicality in mind. It is clean with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The video about the property and how to use the appliances was very helpful too. We all agreed that would love to stay again.

We had a great time! The accommodation is clean, well located with all necessary amenities. Ben and his team were very responsive and were able to answer our questions quickly and efficiently. We recommend Pear Tree Cottage!

A beautiful traditional cottage with plenty of space for our family. Within easy walking distance of the Cathedral and Dunblane centre. Host very responsive and comprehensive instructions given on all equipment services in the cottage. Couldn’t ask for more Thank you

Clean with nice fit out. Great host - proactive with detailed guides. Would stay again without hesitation. Thanks

Great place

Really nice place. Clean and well furnished. Though it is hard to park directly outside the property the road is quite enough to allow for unloading/loading up. We had a really nice stay. Thank you.
