Well-kept house in a great neighborhood. Plenty of space on private property to park at least 2 cars. Only making the turn with a large car is tight because of the neighbors across the street who have a box truck parked in front of their door. Nice host. Responds quickly if you have a question. The lamp in the hall was broken upon arrival. This was reported, and a quick response was received. There were 6 of us; the house is spacious enough for 6 people if you are creative with the chairs around the dining table. There is only 1 toilet (in the bathroom), which is a bit limited for 6 people, but not impossible. About a 25-minute drive to the center of Edinburgh. You can also take the bus, which takes about 45 minutes; the bus stop is a 6- to 7-minute walk. We would come back here again. Best, Jeroen

The location is lovely, and the Pentlands were visible in the distance (from the road). The area is quiet and peaceful. The house was a modern, clean and comfortable place for our stay, exactly as described in the pictures. Our host was great and provided speedy replies for any questions that we had. I would definitely recommend this stay!
