This was a wonderful stay in a very lovely area of Charlotte! Brooke’s place was clean, comfortable, so stylishly cute! Also, she is very proactive, communicative and a great host. I hope to stay again in the future!

Great stay and everything was as pictured! Only thing I didn’t like was there’s no path so if you have luggage you have to carry it through the grass or on the rocks lol but other than that everything was perfect.

I would stay here again. Brooke was a great communicator. The home was cozy yet impeccably organized.

Stayed here for a night and she was able to take me for a last minute same day booking and still had the place squeaky clean :) ! The instructions and check in process was a breeze and I felt so safe here. The surrounding homes are so beautiful. I'd stay here again especially if I was traveling solo. It being on the bottom floor was also a plus ! Had so many kitchen things you would need to cook though I didn't need to use. Couch could fit 2 people for sure & bed will fit 2. Nice kitchen area to cook and have a cute setup if I was there longer. Her communication was beautiful and she responded to everything I texted even when I was telling her how far I was lol. Anything I needed she responded quickly !

Such a great stay. We all (dog included) loved the apartment and the neighborhood.

This place was in a perfect location for what I needed. Nice to be close to the greenway for a morning run. Optimist Hall was a close walk for food. The bed was also really comfy.
