Maxwell our host was friendly and quick in responding to requested information. On arrival at the house it was easy to access the house, the location is really nice and only 5 minutes from the beach, the beach is clean with lovely sands which the kids loved to play in. The house was clean and well presented. I like the decor which are light and peaceful. Thanks for the welcoming biscuits Max, they were well appreciated. Was disappointed with the tiny tubes of shower gel, which were to serve 7 people , I had to use bar soap which I brought with me. There were only 2 toilet rolls, by the last day we ran out had to use pack tissues, there was no dishwasher tablets had to buy. On the whole we enjoyed our stay, we spent a lot of time in Grace Yarmouth.

Fab host and lovely home. Beautiful beach which was walking distance. Had a great time with family. Loved the surprise gift. Loved the BBQ with the great weather. I would go back and recommend ☺️
