Lisa’s prompt communication and accommodating our booking after another host cancelled last minute was appreciated. The home has a good layout, a convenient location. However, the overall condition did not meet Superhost expectations. The home was not adequately cleaned on arrival: hair on floors, carpets, and in the bathroom; dusty throughout; a musty master bathroom with mold and a leak; and the headboard was visibly dirty with embedded bug shells. A bar stool was broken, the yard grass wasn’t cut, and basic essentials were limited-ran out of hand soap and had only a few toilet paper rolls for nearly two weeks. The iron/board were burnt and unusable. The biggest issue was two mattresses that sank to the springs; the initial toppers didn’t help, and although improved toppers and pillows were later provided, it remained uncomfortable. After relocating was offered as one of the options from the host, we didn’t feel comfortable raising further concerns.Overall, standards still fell short

Used for a work trip - great for each of us to have a double room - lovely kitchen and communal space.

Beautiful home, Lisa is a good host, effective communication. The surroundings around the house just need more tlc. Otherwise, it’s great.

Lisa was a great host! She gave us clear instructions right from the jump and was very communicative. She was understanding and the house was very clean. We used it as a base for bride and bridesmaids and the garden was a cute space to use for pictures. We would definitely recommend
