Property was as described and host communications were very good. Property was clean inside and looked to have all you would need for a longer stay. Beds were comfortable. Would have been nice to have some tea / coffee etc. Outside of the property is lacking curb appeal and doesn’t represent how the apartment is inside. We only stayed for one night and paid about £190, which seemed quite steep for less than 24hours. Location good for us as visiting family in Kersal and does have transport links to Prestwich, Manchester and Salford nearby.

A comfy place, well managed except noise from upstairs flat :-( This place is a house which has been converted into 2 flats one ground level and one upstairs. We were there for a work weekend, so bought food to cook, after realising there were no oven trays someone was there with a selection within 45 minutes! great service, place was comfy and spotless, we had a good first night's sleep. 2nd night (sat) seems the apartment upstairs was booked and unfortunately after they arrived home at 3am the noise from upstairs continued until 5.30am stomping around, arguing, TV and then snoring! I guess it's to be expected on a weekend but just something to note if it's a work trip on a weekend it might not be the best spot but for a night out ideal. Couldn't fault the apartment or service it was just a shame the noise from upstairs :-(

Really lovely place, very clean and spacious. Host was great and very friendly, was very flexible around us with the check in and check out. Was about a 15 minute drive to the city centre, definitely recommend

Lost keys: - If keys are lost, a locksmith callout is required, or you fail to return the keys to the key safe upon check-out, a fee of £150 will be charged to your account. PARKING: - The property has parking in the garden for up to 3 vehicles and there is always parking around the property on the road. Damage deposit: - Please note that a refundable security deposit of up to £400 may be required prior to receiving check-in details. - The exact deposit amount is determined at the host’s discretion, based on factors such as the guest’s booking history, profile verification, and previous reviews. - We require a mandatory £500 refundable security deposit, during festival season. - This deposit serves as a safeguard against potential damages, breaches of house rules, or excessive cleaning requirements. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours of check-out, provided the property is left in good condition and no issues are reported. - Guests will be notified in advance if a deposit is required and provided with clear instructions for payment and refund processing. - By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
