The accommodation was just as advertised, I was unable to use the washing machine, a minor issue. I would suggest that prospective guests ask to see Cozy Homes terms and conditions before paying a deposit, so that you can make an informed decision as to whether you wish to go ahead with the booking.

Lovely home in a nice quiet area. Perfect for a stay with my wife and two young children. Hosts very responsive to queries before and during our stay. We’d definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

Had a great stay. House is very nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable. Host provided somethings that other places don't such as teabags, sugar, coffee. we had a few requests during our stay for all of which we received good communication for. we enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider it for future visits.

The house was lovely and very welcoming. It is suitable for families as the neighborhood was quiet and safe for kids. Big garden that we never used because we were only there for a few days. The house was clean and had nice thick carpets which made it feel warm. The host “Steven” was very friendly and helpful. Always answered all our queries. He was always available and made sure to answer us whenever we called him. We will definitely choose this house again if we are ever back in Birmingham.
