Check-in is from 3:00 PM with 24-hour self-check-in via a digital coded door lock. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available at £10 per additional hour, subject to availability. Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. No parties or events are allowed. Please keep noise and music to a minimum after 10:00 PM to respect neighbours. Smoking, vaping, or use of e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please do not use candles, incense, or open flames indoors. No pets are permitted on the property. Treat the property and its contents with respect. Report any damage or maintenance issues as soon as possible. Do not move or rearrange furniture. Dispose of rubbish in the designated bins and follow recycling guidelines. Wash used dishes and utensils before check-out. Access codes are for registered guests only — do not share them with anyone outside your booking. Ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the property. A fee may apply for security breaches. Please use designated parking spaces only. No storage of tools, work materials, or hazardous items inside the property. Remove work boots or dirty clothing before entering carpeted areas. Additional charges may apply for damage, excessive cleaning, or rule violations. Early or late check-in/out fees will be added to your final invoice as applicable. We aim to provide clean, comfortable accommodation for all guests. Please respect the property, the neighbours, and our community during your stay.
