Everything was fine; nice place with everything I needed. I was initially a bit concerned about noise as I could hear other people in the building very clearly and quite loudly while up and about, but this didn't seem to be a problem in the bedroom with the door shut, so it didn't cause me any real issues. Although everything was perfectly functional, the "luxury" label doesn't quite seem merited given some of the aesthetic issues like holes in the plaster around fixings. Also worth noting, I think someone may have reset the wifi router at some point: the settings displayed on the table next to it didn't work and in fact the network mentioned there didn't exist at all, but the factory settings written on the router itself did the trick. It was simple enough to use the latter, so this didn't cause me an actual problem, but guests should be aware.
