We had the most amazing stay celebrating my birthday. The home was spotless, well designed and felt like a home away from home for me and my family. A huge thank you to the hosts for making it so special. Couldn’t recommend this place more

The house was absolutely beautiful, everything faultless. Well equipped kitchen and very spacious sociable rooms. Cheryl was amazing at answering any questions and queries we had. The little touches making you feel very welcome, with the snack hamper. Would definitely recommend to anyone and hopefully lucky enough to visit again in the future.

Beautiful house and garden - on a main road but that did not impact our stay. Large spacious rooms, modern and clean. Great outdoor space for nice weather. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need, nespresso coffee machine and pods provided was a nice added touch! Fantastic location if you want to explore Lincoln - only an 8 min walk to town centre. Host was super responsive to any questions. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

We had a wonderful stay for the Wedding couple and their close friends and family. Within walking distance of the registry office so no rushing. A beautiful place for private photographs to be taken. A wonderful experience of hiring a chef from yhangry for our celebratory meal. Loved having games to break the ice on the first evening. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen and dining area were fabulous and seemed larger than the photographs. All in all a very memorable stay. Thank you

What a beautiful house to host for the weekend! Cheryl was always super quick to respond, the house was spotless and the location was just perfect for walking to most of the main spots in town. The rooms were very spacious, with comfortable big beds which was a plus. There’s also plenty of parking which was great for such a big group of us. Make sure to check out the hot tub, it was a wonderful touch to an already beautiful home. Would 1000% recommend! Thank you for having us :)

Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Please smoke outside and dispose of your cigarette end correctly. If you are found to have smoked inside the property you will be fined £150.00 and any additional cleaning costs. - No drugs or heavy alcohol use is permitted - No parties, events or disruptive gatherings that violate Airbnb’s Community Disturbance Policy - The number of guests on the property must not exceed 18 people - Please do not wear shoes on the carpeted areas of the house - Please lock all windows and doors when you leave the property -Pets are welcome to accompany you on your trip but please do not allow them in the carpeted areas of the house or on the furniture. - Please do clean up after them when they use the garden. - Our quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am please be respectful of our neighbours - Guests should respect designated quiet hours and should not disturb the surrounding community with a disruptive level of noise (loud music, shouting, slamming doors, etc.). -We do not supply child proofing equipment so please remain observant around infants and younger children - Guests are responsible for remembering to take all their belongings with them when they leave - If your stay is longer than 5 nights please let us know if you would like a linen change or mid stay clean. - If a plumber/ engineer is needed for anything during your stay it is possible that it could take up to 24 hours to action - Please do not flush nappies, sanitary products or wipes down the toilet as this will cause blockages - Please do not pour hot fat/cooking oil or ground coffee down the sink as it causes blockages and malfunction of connected appliances. - Please use utilities fairly and turn off any heating and lights when you go out. ~ hot tub rules ~ - Please seek medical advice before entering the hot tub if you are pregnant, have health problems, or are immunosuppressed - Hot tub is available from 9am-9pm - 6-7 people only. - A member of our team may visit to carry out a hot tub check to ensure all levels are optimal - Please do not run in the hot tub area. Guest must take care when walking to avoid slips - Please hold onto the hand rail when entering/ leaving the lower patio area - No children under the age of 8 are permitted to use the hot tub, or those unable to keep their head above the water level when sitting in the hot tub. - Children aged 8-17 must be supervised in the hot tub by an adult at all times - No glassware in the hot tub and hot tub area (glass bottles and glasses are not permitted) - No food in the hot tub - No smoking in the hot tub - No overcrowding.
