The facilities and amenities in the house are very complete and rich, dishwashing blocks, laundry detergent and other supplies are sufficient, kitchen seasonings and bath amenities are rich.The host also prepared cakes and biscuits for us when we checked in, and our family had a pleasant week. Thank you very much

Vy welcomed us warmly at the apartment. Since we lived in her apartment during Christmas, she decorated it beautifully for us. Even a welcome basket with snacks, panettone and a bottle of wine awaited us. Since it is not common in London to install heaters, Vy has placed a heater in several rooms and thus already warmed up the apartment nicely - simply great! The apartment is close to the shopping center and is only about 10 minutes from the Kew Gardens subway - for us it was just ideal. A stay here is highly recommended.

This is the best Airbnb apartment we have ever been to. It’s spacious, clean, and equipped with numerous amenities. It’s definitely our favourite place to stay in London and we can’t wait to come back. Big shoutout for the host Vi who was there for us when we needed and made sure everything is alright.
