We had a lovely stay – the apartment itself was clean, comfortable, well equipped and exactly as described. Communication was good and overall we were very happy with it. We did have a couple of issues with the building facilities: when we first arrived we ended up stuck in the lift for around two hours, which was very stressful and wasn’t the best start to the stay, and on another occasion the car park shutter jammed halfway which meant we couldn’t get the car out for a while. Hopefully these were just one-off maintenance issues that can be looked into, as aside from that the apartment itself was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Any smoking evidence will result in a fee of £250 for odour removal and furniture cleaning. 3.No pets. 4.Maximum number of guests: Please ensure your booking reflects the total number of people staying. 5.Respect the quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM. 6.There will be a £100 fee for any lost or damaged keys. Cleanliness Please treat the space with care and leave it in the same condition as you found it. Dispose of rubbish in designated bins and separate recyclables when possible. Safety Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property. Report any damages, maintenance issues, or safety concerns immediately. Laundry Washing machine, airer, iron are available for use. Please follow the instructions provided. Parking Park in space 30 only. Access via right hand shutter door, right hand side as you drive in. Damages Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. Please let us know if you need assistance or have any special requests—we’re here to help!
