The property has a lot of potential however it feels like it has not been properly maintained for a while. The en-suite bathroom had quite a lot of visible mold and damp giving an unwelcoming odour this is due to there being no working ventilation fan installed. It made it really uncomfortable to take a shower in there. The couch was extremely stained and so was the carpet. There was a lot of dust on the shelving and on the cupboards plus the lighting fixtures. The table was broken on the corner leaving 2 sharp pieces placed back down as if there was no issue and this can easily cause injure to someone if they were unaware of it and accidentally touched it. The location is great plus the view to the city is fab and the pricing is also good if the place was maintained in the right way. We unfortunately had to cut our 3 night stay to only 2 as we all felt unclean after each shower there.
