I get BNB's often and this place was easily the nicest place with the best host we've had. The host couldn't have been more accommodating, communicative, friendly and reliable. I'd recommend this every time and we will definitely be going back. It was perfect - thank you!

If I could give Kevin, the host, 6 stars, I'd do it in a heartbeat! He always responded promptly to questions, friendly, professional, precise. The accommodation, however, was not 5-star (I gave it 4), because it was rather dated and needed a lot of maintenance. Despite this, it was a very spacious accommodation (for 8 people) and had the common areas just as we wanted them. There were 7 of us and we always ate at home for breakfast and dinner, there was everything you needed to cook (lots of pots), to eat (wide assortment of plates and glasses) and to wash (dishwasher). The rooms were just like the pictures. I also appreciated the convenient driveway, where we parked our van, unloading and loading our luggage with ease. As for the location, I was hoping for better: the train to London London Bridge (which we took every day) passed through Coulsdon South station, which is 1.4 km on foot from the house. Great value for money.

Great location. Short walking distance to the train station, buses and the shops and restaurants in Couldson. Very quiet, nice neighborhood and neighbors very friendly. The home is exactly as pictured. Very clean and a lot of space. We really enjoyed sitting outside on the back patio. Our host Kevin is great and was very responsive and supportive at all times. We would stay here again. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home.

Overall exactly what we needed for our stay. A few minor issues that were all resolved by a very responsive host. Property in good condition although tired in places. Great value for money for the area Essential off street parking
