We were looking for accommodation big enough for our family of 8 adults to come together to celebrate an important birthday. Ivy House, in a private cul de sac, was perfect. It is well appointed, spacious and has a games room and a heated outdoor patio area. Off road parking could accommodate up to 5 cars. Everywhere was clean and the beds were comfortable. A smart TV meant we had plenty of entertainment when we weren't in the games room. Another nice touch was the welcome basket of cake, biscuits, nuts and mineral water with a welcome card. Also the large fridge freezer had a very useful ice machine and cold water dispenser. The owner Stephen, was very attentive and popped round with a couple of requests for a cafetiere and hairdryer. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ivy House and should we ever be in the area again we would stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb and would highly recommend it. The space was very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. It felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. The host was lovely and had a very quick response time. If we needed anything, they were always happy to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Everything was easy from check in to check out, and the location was ideal while still being quiet and relaxing. We really appreciated the small touches that made the stay feel special. We did not want to leave and would definitely come back again. Overall, a really enjoyable experience.

great property and great host

The home was absolutely beautiful. Each room was amazing, the place was super clean, and felt super safe and secure. There was thoughtfulness in every corner. The hosts were honestly the best, they were super quick to respond, accommodating to several requests, helpful in every way, and made the whole experience fantastic. I would 10/10 recommend and also 10/10 come stay here again!

It was a lovely house, very clean, spacious and well maintained. With a beautiful garden. The host was very friendly and responsive. Billiard, tennis and darts were available, BBQ and several TVs, which made it a great holiday for us. Highly recommended.
