Good place for staying, only 5-10 minutes walking distance to University of Manchester. There are plenty of buses there, which is very convenient. Around there, there are two supermarket, cafe and restaurants. The location is very good. Basically the house is comfortable and clean. The landlord is nice and with quick response. All rooms and kitchen looks just as the pictures. WiFi also works well. If there is anything needs to be improved. I would say there is one door and one drawer needs to be fixed, but it doesn't impact too much to our stay. And the oven is a little bit old. If landlord can provide some more suppliers in kitchen would be better, like oil, sugar, kitchen foil, would be better. I would be happy to be back one day.

We had a wonderful weekend stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained—truly a home away from home. Sid and Jake were incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

A fantastic place. Enormous house in a good location. Ubers and bolts are cheap into the center. Room for lots of people and the beds are super comfortable. One thing I will note is that the dart board is in the basement, which is a little creepy. Didn't bother us though. The hosts are fantastic.
