I personally believe this apartment needs a lot of attention - both in cleanliness and general maintenance. On the bright side there was fast response from the host and comfortable bed in the main bedroom. Cleanliness - in general the whole apartment was dirty - with a lot of dust accumulated on any flat surfaces and carpets. We found several spiderwebs in all rooms. Additionally the floor in the kitchen was dirty and sticky. Maintenance: - leaky and clearly dated windows - most of the windows are in very poor condition and because of that - the house cools down very fast and due to the old windows you can hear all the noise coming from the street; - heating system - heating seems to be programmed to a default 18 deg C and even after turning it to 21 deg it would come back to 18. Additionally, the host is warning you that if you use an excessive heating it will be charged against your deposit!! - door to the bathroom on 2nd floor - it’s very difficult to close unless you lift it

Nice large flat in a really central part of town. Free parking was a bonus

Very charming townhouse, a bit outdated and neglected. Reminds me a bit of a student dorm. The cleaning team here needs some motivation! Four towels for four people, and four different towels at that, is unusual. Although a replacement was delivered quickly, it was still in its original packaging from the retailer. Overall, the apartment, including the mattresses, which were simply unappealing, needs some attention.
