Very well equipped comfortable house, would certainly return

There was lots to like but some annoying things too. The location was great for visiting my daughter at the uni and to walk into town. The flat was well decorated and appealing and very clean and getting into the house itself was super easy. There were some useful items such as tea, coffee, sugar but no milk and I’m sure one photo showed milk in the fridge. On the downside the flat was very cold and no instructions for the wall heaters (although Google helped sort this out). The windows have blinds rather than curtains and these did not block out the light very well nor blank out the windows fully which would help with privacy. The house is on a busy main road and traffic noise is something to be aware of if you are a light sleeper. Be aware that finding the parking (behind the house) for the right house was hard initially. It would be so helpful if the house number was placed at the back of the house. But overall, a good place to stay

Fairly value for money. Located at the centre of Cardiff at walkable distance from main attractions. No street parking & the assigned parking behind the property is difficult to locate esp at night. The carpets in the common area was dirty and the rooms were dusty. As me & my wife both are sensitive to dust, it was difficult for us overnight. We had to stay a lil longer beyond the checkout time as our 9 month old baby became a bit unwell. Tried to get in touch with the Airbnb service (as messages from the host felt like a bot) but in vain. Was finally forced out after paying £20/hour for the late check-out. Overall not pleasant, but my experience could be an isolated incident.
