Great location in the center of Cupar. Easy to walk to coffee shops and restaurants- try Osteria, it was great! Close to St Andrews, and a quick 45min train ride to Edinburgh. Flat is easy to get to, clean, spacious. Comfy bed. One bed (as noted in the listing) so perfect for a couple. Flat would be a bit cramped with 4 people. Washing machine is a bonus.
