Scott's place is in the heart of Cupar close to shops, takeaways, restaurants and train station. On street parking is convenient but only for 30 mins between 8:30 and 5:30. Only £1 at the train station though, less than 5 mins walk away. The flat is well presented and the separate bed settee and bedroom worked well for us. Mattress is a bit thin on the bed settee would be my only complaint. And the only downside of the great location is the noise from the nearby street which is quite busy. Great place and just what i needed.

A lovely stay which was perfect for what we needed. Great little bar across the road, and bus stop right around the corner which was 20 mins to St Andrews. Will absolutely be returning!

Scott’s flat was perfect for our needs. The flat was spotlessly clean and very comfortable and welcoming. Scott responded very quickly to our questions and allowed us to extend our stay. We will definitely book this flat again if we are ever in Cupar again.

Scott was responsive and pleasant to deal with and the apartment was clean and in a central, convenient location. However, there were a few issues. The kitchen is described as fully equipped but is missing basic items such as a salad or mixing bowl. The frying pan is poor quality with the non-stick surface peeling off, which is not safe to cook with. But there was also no oil provided, which made it impractical to use the kitchen for a short stay. The coffee machine is a Tassimo and it was impossible to find espresso pods in such a small town. We did eventually find Americano pods, but I recommend bringing your own as none are supplied. A small starter selection would have been appreciated. The biggest issue is the apartment door which has a full-length clear glass panel, meaning people in the corridor can see directly inside, including towards the bathroom area. This feels like a significant privacy concern and at the very least needs a curtain or frosted covering.
