A very comfortable house, plenty of space for us five, good clean beds, good duvets (it snowed one of the days) and towels. Ideal base for access to local area and to Manchester itself. Instructions were really clear and when I contacted Stephen he and his co-owner responded cheerfully and helpfully. The pool table was a nice touch & very appreciated by my 16 year old grandson.

Lovely central location. Nice to have a garden in the back to go into (when it wasn’t raining) and the place was very cosy. Had a couple of small issues but the host was very responsive.

Really enjoyed our stay. It was walkable to the tram station and the house is in a quiet location. The house was clean and tidy - It could use a bit of TLC but it didn’t put me off at all. Id definitely stay here with my family again.
