We were already familiar with the owners from a previous stay in Exeter and loved it. Daily walks with our dog along the Exe, friendly dog owners, and their four-legged friends were a highlight. Location is perfect for that. St. Peter's Cathedral is less than a 20-minute walk away, and there are also plenty of places to visit. Exmouth Beach was great. Since we were there in March, the dogs were allowed to run around the entire beach. Our neighbor was very nice and gave us advice on sorting our trash. Even the homeowner did a small repair. We felt extremely comfortable and would gladly come back. 🧡👍🏻

Excellent location for where we wanted to be. Easy walking distance to the Quay area. House was clean and well presented with everything you needed. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend. There were just two very minimal points if I'm being picky. Firstly, the outside lock box was hard to get into. Secondly, although one towel is provided per person, it was very small and barely covered you. There was no smaller towel for if you'd washed your hair.

Very good facilities in a great location. Would visit again.
