Great stay

Nice accommodation that is centrally located. We had a great stay.

Hamza was very helpful with communication throughout. Instructions were clear and the location is great with all the surrounding areas easy to reach. Multiple rooms for many guests and open / light living room with all of the accessories you would need included.

The location was amazing and the place did what it needed for a 1 night stay in Brighton. However, there were a few things that were an issue: There were no instructions to turn on the heating (Hamza did respond quickly after messaging him). During our stay we had no water all through the night and into the morning. After multiple attempts of trying to contact the numbers on the brochure, we finally got through and we were told it was issues with the water company. Although this wasn't Hamza's fault, it did impact our stay so something to be aware of incase this happens again. Hamza did keep us updated and did agree to a later check out so we could all shower once the water was back. The double bed in the second room was very uncomfortable and there was a generally food smell all through the flat. Finally, We were also called prior to our arrival to be told the cleaner had to leave and forgot to top up the toilet roll. In the end, we brought our own. Ok for a 1 night stay.....

amazing stay in brighton. 5 of us stayed here for an event nearby and we fit easily! plenty of space for activities and socialising in the kitchen/lounge room and the beds were super comfy. the whole space was as clean (if not cleaner) than a hotel room, and it comes with all the extra benefits of an apartment! this airbnb was also super convenient for us as it was only a 10 minute walk away from the venue of our event, which saved us a bunch of time and money compared to other accommodations nearby.
