We loved the location- very close and easy to get to the M62 which made it easy for us to get around. The area was also quiet when we were there. We used it as a base for going to family events in Leeds. Great for a family. Would book again

Rooms were well presented and clean. Beds were comfy with clean linen and towels provided. Helpful information in the house manual with details of places to visit. Esso garage within walking distance for essentials and about 10 minute taxi ride to Knottingley train station.
