Really lovely place to stay! Really well furnished & a huge kitchen space. Definitely well accommodated me & my bridesmaids. Ilkeston station is only a 5 minute drive away too. Only thing I would say is that it’s located right outside a bus stop so you can’t park outside the house & the side bit next to it was full up so we had to park on a random side street & walk about 5 mins to the house :( but aside from that it’s a really good place and hopefully I’ll be back. Another thing is that the heating did take a while to kick in, not sure if that’s because of how big the house is or unless we was using the heating dial wrong. Nonetheless it was a nice place to stay overall

Property is located in a small town/village so it’s quite peaceful. Parking is abit of an issue so you have to be careful and trust your surroundings. Property is near Twin Dragon takeaway which is amazing

This accommodation served my family and several friends very well. It is relatively easy to find on the main road, and we were able to find parking spaces for two vehicles with relative ease and within a 1 minute walk. The house itself met our needs really well. With large spacious and cozy rooms throughout, plenty of facilities available in the kitchen as well as a comfortable and welcoming living room. The pleasant and very spacious stairway leads to the perfectly lovely bedrooms, which more than suited us in that they were clean, tidy and had additional blankets and pillows within reach upon arrival. The location itself was a little further out from our' visiting location than we would have liked, but the comfortable and welcoming standards of the house more than made up for the extra 10 minutes drive. There's a few takeaways and shops only a few doors away on the road also, which means that you don't have to panic or travel far in a bind. Wonderful stay & communicative host.
