When booking we had a dog and said no dogs, as our dog is a very well behaved I asked if she would consider allowing dogs which she kindly did. Even left a snack for her. Communication was good Very clean and tidy Nice quiet location with Beautiful views Would recommend

Stayed for one night for Uni visit. The place was lovely and cosy, we appreciated the logs for the fire, made the lounge very snug. Perfect for what we needed, would recommend for anyone staying to visit the University.

My husband and I stayed here with our son to visit family who live nearby so the location to get into Exeter wasn’t important to us. The bungalow was very cosy and well equipped. We cooked breakfast both days and found everything we needed. Would definitely come back if available on our next visit.

Lovely place to stay, great location and well equipped in the kitchen. Tea, coffee, milk and biscuits all in place and very nice after a long drive! Bedrooms are a great size, bathroom and kitchen are lovely and the wood burner in the lounge made it very cosy. Would definitely recommend.

Great couple of nights with our 2 kids under 3. a cot and kiddo bath was provided, along with some kids toys which our 2 year old loved! kitchen was really well equipped, house was warm, and the log burner was a highlight!
