Great Stay for our team, Great host with excellent communication from booking. Highly recommend and we will be booking again in the future. thank you

Really decent stay, quite close to city centre and does the job. Few of the floorboards are coming up needs a bit of TLC. Can’t fault Sid though, responsive and friendly host

Unfortunately, this stay did not meet basic expectations, particularly for families. We arrived late due to a flight into MCR, and from the moment we arrived the experience felt uncomfortable. The building entrance was not clean and did not feel safe, with people gathered downstairs smoking substances, which was especially concerning as we were travelling with a 1-year-old child. Inside the flat, the main issue was cleanliness. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, with visible grime and mould-like staining around the shower doors and seals, rust around the bath drain, stains on the sofa, very dusty extractor fans, and blinds that did not close fully, which affected privacy. While the host was polite in communication, the overall condition of the property and surroundings meant we did not feel comfortable. This may suit some guests i.e students, but we would not recommend it for families.

Enjoyed our stay in Manchester in a location walkable from the city centre and a easily accessible flat with a good host who was very helpful.

everything went well

We had a great stay at Sid’s place. Was perfect for what we needed and Sid was a great host, would definitely recommend!
