Amazing stay. Appropriate location in city centre and helped us take a quick stop before heading to North Devon. Heating and bathroom lock had some troubles but the host was very responsive so we were able to provide appropriate feedback.

the place was great, clean and tidy. perfect for a family stay. the only improvement i could suggest is with heating, the place felt a but cold and heating system was not easy to navigate. in spite of this, we had great experience and would reccomend this place.

Victoria's house was a great place to stay for a few nights while visiting Exeter. Very neat, unfussy and cosy house, good wifi and everything well maintained. Victoria kindly supplied tea, coffee, biscuits and milk, hand soap and cleaning products. The neighbourhood is very nice - quiet but only a short walk to the Quayside and bustling Magdelen Road for restaurants and pubs. It's also only 10-15 mins walk to the cathedral and city centre. Victoria was very responsive and gave good recommendations for eating out.

I wasn't expecting the house to be part of a long terrace and did not think much of the area but once inside, the house was peaceful, spacious and homely. The location is very convenient with access to the city centre and the quayside. What stood out for me was what an incredible host Victoria was. She was always quick to respond and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.

Amazing host, and the space is amazing value for money! Couldn’t fault a single thing about the host, done amazing for giving recommendations and giving advice on making our time there easier

Really enjoyed my stay at Victoria’s, would love to visit again! :)
