The location was lovely and the size of accommodation and amenities was fine, however it was not clean. There were dirty dishes still in the dishwasher and the sink in the kitchen was dirty. There was also a noticeable smell in the bedrooms.

Host was great at sorting out the shower that was leaking profusely causing very low water pressure. We questioned how well it would’ve been cleaned if the cleaner hadn’t realised how much the shower was leaking. The seal at the bottom of the shower screen was really filthy. Beds weren’t very comfortable unfortunately, just basic cheap mattresses which ‘do the job’ but having stayed in 9 air bnbs on our uk trip these were sadly the least comfortable and it was our longest stay too. Kitchen didn’t have much in it, not even salt or oil and cutlery/kitchen tools were very limited. There was a plant growing out of the sink; how long ago the sink had been cleaned if a plant was able to grow through it. Our first night I needed to wash all the mugs, glasses and plates as they were really filthy especially the plates, and was like they weren’t washed before put back. No clotheshorse for drying laundry Sofa fine but looks comfier seating on photos Nice garden, quiet house, driveway, easy

pleasant stay, nice house. We would stay again. Thanks

We had a good stay here - clean, tidy, good bathroom and great TV, and a very handy position of the different things were were in Bedford for.

My sisters and I traveled from America to Bedford for our grandfather's funeral. The house was just perfect for what we needed. It had everything we needed and was a great place to be during a difficult week for us. We will definitely return when we visit family in Bedford in the future. Thank you!

Served the purpose we needed it for. Very friendly and extremely responsive host.
