House lovely and everything you needed, the area was not so nice, we had stones thrown at the house and cars by kids shouting abuse and threatening behaviour was reported to Femi at the time.

I was disappointed to find it was in the middle of a council estate, it was cold with no hot water luckily we were with a plumber who managed to get the hot water and heating on, and the back door was a struggle to close, and the kitchen blind broke as soon as we opened it, I found it poor value for money.
