Lovely stay. The houses decor is a little tired, however this had no impact on the stay. It is lovely and clean. Very quiet location and ideal for my visit. Would stay there again.

The house provided a very good base to stay when visiting my daughter in nearby Belmont. The accommodation was very nice and clean.

Just what we needed for visiting nearby family, an enclosed big garden for the dog to be off lead in and run around. House was great with plenty of space and lovely decor. Would happily book again

Was a lovely place to stay. A few more cleaning provisions would of helped for us to clean up kitchen etc better. We did buy things and left it at the property. Worked perfectly for our family and would stay again.

Due to a computer problem our first property was double booked. The team quickly found us another property so all ended well.

comfortable, well equipped , close to Durham City. stairs and outside steps are unsuitable for anyone with any mobility issues ie:- outside steps have a deep tread and the staircase has only a small sunken handrail on the lower stairs making it difficult to go both up and down.
