Overall property was nice and in a quiet location. Was just disappointed to arrive and see a dirty kitchen, dusty blinds and skirting boards, unfortunately looked like it hadn’t had a good clean in a while meaning I had to do this when I arrived. It’s a shame as the property itself is a good spacious size with ideal location

A lovely home near local amenities. Range of supermarkets nearby. Also walkable pubs with good food. House itself was very comfortable and peaceful. Easy parking for two cars. Loved watching Netflix. Great location for exploring Nottingham, Derby and Leicester. James kept in touch and checked everything went well with our check in.

Stayed for work purposes and could not have been happier. Nice comfortable house with 4 double bedrooms and plenty of private safe parking. Responsive host . Great recommendations for restaurants etc. walking distance to local amenities. Would stay again and decoy recommend

We booked this stay to be near family during a difficult time and it felt like a peaceful sanctuary for us to land. James was responsive and helpful with things we needed. We felt at home and the Sainsbury's local is a 5 min walk to get groceries etc. A very helpful house guide made it very easy to settle in. We would definitely book this spot again. Thank you James!

This Airbnb has a well equipped kitchen and was lovely and warm during our stay. The area is peaceful and felt safe, and James was a responsive and helpful host. I hadn’t realised when I booked that the accommodation was subject to an additional £250 security deposit, which you have to pay in order to receive the check in details - just pointing this out so other people aren’t caught unawares on the day. However, it is in the listing description and above board. Overall, a comfortable stay that worked well for our party of 4 adults, one child and two dogs!

Nice and easy to check in. Beds and bathroom Clean and comfortable. Good secure garden for the dog dog. Parking as explained. Downstairs was left dirty floor hadn't been swept or mopped. Dust and dirt on all Downstairs surfaces. Sofa very dirty and stained. Downstairs was smaller than it looked in the pictures. Did make James aware immediately of the uncleaned Downstairs he was quick to respond and apologies but wasn't able to send the cleaners as they were out of the area. No access to sweeping brush or wipes for surfaces for guests to use.
