We had a nice stay!

The apartment is a bit outdated. The floor is rising. One of the windows wouldn’t close. The beds are uncomfortable. It's a shame, as the apartment itself is nice and functional.

Brilliant

As much as I would love to give 5 stars, unfortunately, that is not possible here. We are not overly demanding, but here there were far too many minor issues, some of which could be fixed with minimal effort – if one wanted to. Missing cutlery, plates, and glasses; defective or damaged furniture, windows, and appliances; unfortunately, it was also not perfectly clean, and it was not possible to provide us with a third duvet upon request – we bought one ourselves on site. Sorry, we’ve already experienced all of this in a much better way, so I can only give a maximum of 3 stars overall. They are also mainly chosen for the location, which is really great: a quiet residential area with a magnificent view and easy to get to by DLR.

Great location, easy to get around. Affordable for London. Overall, the apartment matched the photos, but it was already showing some signs of wear and tear and had a few minor issues, which, however, did not affect our stay.

We was outside for ages waiting for someone to answer the call but no one did and when we got in the bed was a broken and it was cold
