1. Information : Welcome to Osprey, Florida! This home is in a quiet (non HOA) community that is in the outskirts of the bigger Sarasota area and not in a flood zone which may bring you peace of mind should a storm rear it's attitude during your stay. You will be located less than 15 minutes away from Nokomis beach, 30 minutes to Sarasota, and walking distance to the Super Walmart and multiple restaurants and bars. One of the cheapest gas stations in our area is about 100 yards down the street. This is not a great area for anyone wanting a big nightlife scene. Some things to keep in mind specific to this property: *Reservations longer than 1 month are required to have bi-weekly, light cleaning completed by our cleaners. The host will coordinate with you on dates and times that our cleaners can come through. *You will be issued a personalized door code for keyless entry. *If the keyless entry code is not working, you will find a lockbox with physical keys on the left side of the building. Reach out to our staff for lockbox combination if needed. *Trash and recycling are picked up on Wednesday. They do not always pick up at the same time, so please bring both cans to the roadside on Tuesday. Move the cans to their original location on the side of the house by Wednesday evening. *No parties are allowed at this property without prior authorization from the owner. *No unregistered guests without prior authorization from the owner. This will be enforced using the front yard security camera and indoor noise monitor. *No Smoking inside the property or within 10ft of the front or back door. If cleaners smell smoke, marijuana, or vaping substances, you will be charged double for the cleaning fee and may result in your immediate removal from this property with no refund. *No drugs are allowed inside this property. *Up to 2 pets are allowed with pre-coordination. Any additional pets that were not pre-coordinated, will result in a double charge of the pet fee, and may result in your immediate removal from the property with no refund. Kitchen *Samsung appliances: refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher *Cups, plates, bowls, and coffee are in the upper cabinets *Pots, pans, cutting board, mixing bowls, and blender are in the lower cabinets *Silverware, cooking utensils, and oven mitts are in the drawers *Dishwasher soap, trash bags, fire extinguishers, and trash can are under the sink *Toaster, electric kettle, Keurig machine, knife block, paper towels, and pot holders are sitting on the counter **Some items provided are initial supply only** 4. Parking *Please park on the left side of the parking space. *You can easily fit two vehicles in this space. 6. Security *You will receive a personalized door code. Enter your door code followed by the check mark to unlock the door. *Push any button to lock the door when exiting. *There is a security camera monitoring the front yard and side yard. No alarm system is associated with the camera. *The glass door in the lanai cannot be unlocked from outside.
