Deven was very helpful in responding to requests and the place was great. My only feedback would be to remove the scent diffusers in the rooms - you don’t need them and it’s nicer just to breathe the normal air! Thanks Deven.

Fantastic location in Cowes within walking distance of all the places we needed to be. The accommodation very clean and well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely recommend and will use this Airbnb again.

Checking in time 15.00- 22.00 Hrs as Self checking in. Black door clearly marked and Entrance of property from Main Street . On Entrance Master Box located which contains Only Entrance doors key We send you code no approximate 15 minutes before check in time open key box with code . Rooms are located on down stairs as stairs are involved as you think you have difficulty climbing and going stairs then please don’t book accommodation . All other rooms 1 & 2 on upstairs as Door Numbers are marked very clear. Next to Each door another key box located which again we sent you different codes No before arrival open key box which contains Key for your room as well as main Entrance door. If any difficult during check in please call us and we happy to guide you on phone .Both Rooms are En Suite are located next to room only please note its Guest responsibility to leave toilet & Bathrooms facilities clean and tidy after use. We do have large kitchen facilities as same it’s guest responsibility to turn off kettle, microwave, extractor fan, oven, Hob etc.. as well as clean up kitchen and used utensils put back in same place. Please note one hour free parking opposite of property as well as nearby pay car park. Please note checking out time by 10.00 hrs so cleaning takes up few hours so please Strictly no Early arrival before 15.00 Hrs. On departure key Key back to Master Box next to your room as cleaning team will collect key on day of departure. Please note accommodation in quiet residential & nearby beach and High Street Strictly No music, Party, loud noise any behaviour which make others neighbours community uncomfortable. If any misbehaviour we have full right to cancel reservation instantly and guest has to leave. We may come once guests check in and settle down in place.
