James’ is a lovely apartment which is in the vibrant Northern Quarter of Manchester. Being a city center location it is quite edgy and, rather unfortunately, there is a busy bus stop right outside the front door which means there are often people hanging in the doorway and leaning on the front door (one morning a girl fell through the door when we opened it from the other side). To be clear though they were perfectly nice people queuing for their bus and because the apartment is on the fifth floor of the building you couldn’t see or hear anyone or anything at ground level! Everywhere in Manchester City Center is an easy walk from here so it’s an excellent base. The whole apartment was cosy, clean and a lovely space to stay. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and it was a real bonus having a bathroom per bedroom. It was perfect for our weekend in Manchester visiting our son. James was a brilliant host.

Nice place in great location

Lovely few days in an appartment perfectly located in central Manchester. James was so helpful in answering queries and accommodating earlier and later check in and out which was really helpful with our luggage. Thank you

James was great with communication, the place was in a good location to be able to walk to the center and very close to Victoria station.

We booked two nights at James’s loft as my partner was working in Manchester and we wanted somewhere central so I could get about with our daughter whilst he was working without needing a car. The location is incredible so central and there are so many parking options literally seconds from the loft. James was an excellent host proactive and responsive. It had everything we needed. This place is perfect for everyone no matter if you want to be central for work or play! Thank you James
