Early Check-In Fee of $75.00 Late Check-Out Fee of $75.00 Please keep the property neat and tidy. No smoking allowed anywhere on the property (please do not tamper with smoking detectors, outside cameras, Wi-Fi) no parties, please adhere to the quiet hours. Small Pets allowed up to 2 (failure to pay for pets will be immediate removal from property and no refund given) If there has been smoking inside or on the property there will be an additional cleaning fee of $500 Stays over 40 DAYS require monthly inspection and cleaning of $250 PETS: we do allow pets under 30 pounds with a maximum amount of two house trained pets allowed, pets include dog or cat. Please clean up after your pets. The backyard is gated so your pet can roam freely but always keep an eye on your pet. Cats must be declawed. All pets must not use any type of pee pad in the property, pets must be house trained to not go the the bathroom in the house. There is a nonrefundable $250 pet fee. Refundable Security deposit of $250 will be placed on hold 3 days prior to check out and refunded less any damages after 7 business days from check-out
